Overview

Partners are the engine of the Full Service Community School initiative. We build new programs and expand existing ones to serve students their families and community members through collaboration. We use the schools as hubs for this activity to develop parent engagement in student learning. We concentrate resources to maximize our collective community impact. MBAES works to find programs and providers whose gifts, skills and talents are truly complementary to each other and school improvement goals. It is important that schools and partners support each other’s work for this initiative to be successful. Our partners provide essential services in the areas of academic support, mentoring, nutrition, primary health and mental health and adult learning.
